Please read this description in its entirety prior to checkout. By copying/pasting the agreement and signing your name in the Personalization, you demonstrate that you understand and agree to all the following terms and conditions.
This gift certificate is only valid and may only be redeemed at the Comfort Creations store. It cannot be used for purchases from other vendors or third-party sellers. This is not an Etsy Gift Card, nor can it be exchanged for an Etsy gift card or redeemed for cash. This gift certificate is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient named on the certificate. Refunds must be requested by the original buyer within 30 days of the date purchased and prior to the certificate being redeemed. Funds will be returned to the original buyer via the card on file. Any further distribution of the refund amount to the recipient or otherwise is not the responsibility of the seller. This gift certificate expires nine months after the date purchased. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited after this date. If the certificate numbers, dates, or value are altered, the seller reserves the right to void the sale. Once redeemed, this certificate becomes void and should be discarded.
This gift certificate is for one-time use only. Any remaining balance after redemption will not be refunded or credited to the recipient. Any excess costs that are not covered by this certificate is the responsibility of the recipient. Comfort Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced or refunded, and become void if obtained unlawfully. Comfort Creations reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this certificate to protect all parties involved, including the buyer, recipient, or seller.
To redeem this gift certificate, reach out to Meg through an Etsy message or via email at MegsComfortCreations [!at] gmail.com within nine months of the date purchased. In the subject line, write “Gift Certificate Redemption” and attach a photo or PDF of both sides of this certificate. Upon confirming the certificate, the seller will provide a code that the recipient can apply at checkout to discount the value of the certificate from the order.

How should I care for my handmade creations?
There are a few ways to ensure your little literary creations last to be enjoyed and admired for many years to come.
Miniatures:
- To best preserve book cover images, keep them in a closed container when you're not admiring them to prevent damage or fading from light, humidity, temperature, or oxidization
- Books come pre-pressed, but in the event the cover pages begin to curl, lay them all on a flat surface and press with a heavy item for 12-24 hours
Ornaments:
- Store in a cool, dry place. Warm or humid rooms, such as attics, may result in the cover pages curling
- If this occurs, You may be able to remove the books by gently pressing on either side of the ornament, where the ribbon covers the seam. Press with a heavy item for 24 hours.When can I expect to receive my order after purchase?
Expected arrival dates can be viewed under "Shipping and Policies" on the listing page of the item before purchase. After purchase, you should receive an email from Etsy with all your order information, including when you can expect to receive it. You can also head to "Orders" in the Etsy app to view your order information.
If there is a specific date within the range of expected arrival dates in which you need an item (to be gifted or otherwise), PLEASE write to let me know this date in the "Note to Seller" box upon checking out.
If your expected arrival dates are later than you anticipated, please note that when you place an order for multiple items, the latest shipping dates will apply so that the entire order can be shipped together.Do you accept requests for custom and personalized orders?

Nearly all of my creations are handmade special - just for you! Due to the customized nature of my products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for most items. However, please let me know if you have any concerns with one of your creations! I will do my best to make it right.
