DetailsMany products at Comfort Creations are made-to-order, handmade with care, and fulfilled in order of the date purchased. Need your handmade creation really quick? This optional add-on to your cart expedites the processing time by moving your order to the top of the queue and additionally upgrades the order to Priority Shipping.
Expedited Orders can typically be completed and shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on the product and quantity purchased. Please note that once your order ships, it is handled by USPS and may be subject to weather and high volume delays, depending on the shipment location and time of year. Large orders or particularly time-consuming creations may not be accepted. In the event an order cannot be completed as an Expedited Order, the cost will be refunded. Any shipping selected at checkout will be refunded, as Priority Shipping is included with this purchase.
HOLIDAY NOTICE: From November 15 through December 20, the processing time of Rush Orders increases to 3-5 business days (+ shipping time) for NON-CUSTOM items ONLY. An order containing ANY CUSTOM ITEM will have a processing time of 5 - 8 business days. Use the “Note to Seller” or "Personalization" to indicate the date needed by, if applicable (date cannot be within 10 business days).
Please note that the Rush Order option is NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEED TO BE FULFILLED, especially near the USPS cutoff for Ground shipments on December 14. If this is the case, the Add-On will be refunded. If you’d like to continue with your purchase, your order will be completed upon my return to shop January 4 and shipped as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding! -

How should I care for my handmade creations?
There are a few ways to ensure your little literary creations last to be enjoyed and admired for many years to come.
Miniatures:
- To best preserve book cover images, keep them in a closed container when you're not admiring them to prevent damage or fading from light, humidity, temperature, or oxidization
- Books come pre-pressed, but in the event the cover pages begin to curl, lay them all on a flat surface and press with a heavy item for 12-24 hours
Ornaments:
- Store in a cool, dry place. Warm or humid rooms, such as attics, may result in the cover pages curling
- If this occurs, You may be able to remove the books by gently pressing on either side of the ornament, where the ribbon covers the seam. Press with a heavy item for 24 hours.When can I expect to receive my order after purchase?
Expected arrival dates can be viewed under "Shipping and Policies" on the listing page of the item before purchase. After purchase, you should receive an email from Etsy with all your order information, including when you can expect to receive it. You can also head to "Orders" in the Etsy app to view your order information.
If there is a specific date within the range of expected arrival dates in which you need an item (to be gifted or otherwise), PLEASE write to let me know this date in the "Note to Seller" box upon checking out.
If your expected arrival dates are later than you anticipated, please note that when you place an order for multiple items, the latest shipping dates will apply so that the entire order can be shipped together.Do you accept requests for custom and personalized orders?

Nearly all of my creations are handmade special - just for you! Due to the customized nature of my products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for most items. However, please let me know if you have any concerns with one of your creations! I will do my best to make it right.
